Jenny Witchawut — Counseling Psychologist & Founder

Jenny works with adolescents, adults, and couples, specializing in guiding clients through major life transitions, anxiety, burnout, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and complexities related to identity, career, and family. Utilizing approaches such as CBT, DBT, person-centered, and solution-focused therapy, Jenny creates a non-judgmental and empowering space for clients to navigate obstacles, uncover maladaptive belief systems and thinking patterns, enhance emotional awareness and regulation, and develop practical coping strategies.

In recent years, Jenny has contributed to substance abuse rehabilitation programs and facilitated mental health workshops for youths, international schools, and private organizations. Having lived on three continents across mixed-nationality, she brings a multicultural perspective to her practice and understands the experience of third culture kids. Jenny is fluent in English, with conversational proficiency in Thai and Vietnamese.

Ben works with adult clients, specializing in stress, adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and LGBTQ+ support. His integrated approach combines CBT, MBCT, EMDR for non-complex cases, and MET. Ben is passionate about creating an inclusive and affirming space, empowering clients to navigate unique challenges and foster self-acceptance. He helps individuals develop self-awareness and resilience, enabling them to adapt and lead more fulfilling lives. Ben offers therapy sessions in Thai.

Guided by her personal belief in the transformative power of understanding and connection, Nalin is dedicated to helping her clients discover inner peace, embrace intentional growth and improve their quality of life through mindful change. She is passionate about fostering meaningful relationships and supporting others on their journey to self-awareness. Nalin offers therapy sessions in Thai and has conversational proficiency in English.

Naina is a Certified Clinical Art Therapist who supports adolescents and adults in navigating challenges such as self-esteem, relationships, anxiety, and stress. She brings a culturally sensitive and empathetic approach to her work, attuned to the unique backgrounds and emotional experiences of each person she supports. At the heart of her philosophy is the belief that everyone deserves to be heard in order to be truly seen. Naina finds deep fulfillment in guiding others to reconnect with themselves and grow into the version they feel proud of. She sees growth as a lifelong journey rooted in awareness—and believes in the power of art as a transformative tool for both expression and self-discovery. Naina offers sessions in English, Thai, Hindi, and Punjabi, and is available for both online and in-person sessions, including small groups and creative workshops.

Siriluck (Nam) Poonkatkij — Registered Dietician

Nam provides nutrition coaching to help clients achieve weight management, improve body composition, enhance blood test results, and make lifestyle modifications. As a dietitian, she is passionate about helping her clients feel their best through personalized nutrition. Nam believes that proper nutrition is essential for everyone, supporting both physical and mental well-being. She works collaboratively with clients to create a plan that fits their lifestyle, making healthy choices feel natural and sustainable. Guided by her favorite quote, “Health is not about the weight you lose, but about the life you gain” (by Dr. Josh Axe), Nam’s goal is to inspire confidence, foster lasting change, and guide individuals toward a balanced and enjoyable approach to wellness. Nam offers sessions in Thai and English.
