  • Yes, confidentiality is our highest priority. Every session is fully private, and your personal information is protected by strict professional and ethical guidelines. Nothing you share will ever be disclosed without your explicit, written consent; not to friends, family, or even your partner. We take extra care to ensure your experience is discreet, secure, and tailored to your comfort.

  • Session rates are available upon request and vary by service. Individual sessions start at 2,000 THB, with discounted packages available for regular support.

  • The number of sessions varies for each individual. Each session lasts up to an hour (except for Couples Counseling), and we generally recommend starting with at least 4 sessions. This allows you to experience the approach, connect with your therapist, and evaluate what best supports your goals. Progress unfolds at your own pace, and sessions are fully tailored to your needs — whether weekly, biweekly, or even once a month for occasional check-ins after your goals are met. Our focus is on providing personalized support that evolves with you.

  • An initial consultation is not required, but it is highly recommended. This session provides an opportunity for you to meet with your coach or therapist, discuss your goals, and determine whether our services are the right fit for you. It also allows us to better understand your needs, address any questions you may have, and collaborate on the best approach for your wellness journey.

  • Absolutely. You can choose the coach or therapist you’d like to work with based on your preferences, goals, and the areas of expertise you’re seeking. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to assist you in finding the right fit.

  • At the moment, our services are exclusively online. However, we’re excited to share that we’re planning to open an in-person center in the near future.

  • We occasionally offer group sessions and workshops on topics such as stress management, self-care, and addiction recovery. These sessions combine psychoeducation with practical skill-building, helping you develop practical skills and strategies. Availability may vary, so be sure to check our website or reach out for updates on upcoming sessions and workshops.
