A Message From The Founder —

Hello and welcome to The Wellness Program!

My journey into mental wellness and holistic health began with personal struggles and a desire to create meaningful change. For years, I struggled to find accessible resources that made mental health feel practical and attainable. Like many, I often felt overwhelmed and disconnected from what truly mattered—my well-being.

As a therapist, I saw countless others facing similar challenges, from cultural stigma to limited access to care. It became clear to me that the traditional approaches offered in Asia didn’t always offer the flexibility and sensitivity people needed. That’s when I decided to create something more accessible, approachable, and culturally compatible.

My vision was simple: to create safe spaces and offer meaningful tools that inspire mental wellness and holistic well-being for individuals and communities. The Wellness Program is here to support not just your mental health but your overall well-being—guiding you towards mental, physical, social, and spiritual health. This isn’t meant to be a strict guideline or “one-size-fits-all.” It’s about meeting you where you’re at, with no pressure or judgment. It’s your wellness program.

Wellness is deeply personal—it’s your journey. If you’re unsure where to start, that’s okay. Simply being here is a great first step.
