Sessions are adapted to your needs and goals, helping you explore your thoughts, feelings, and unhelpful patterns in a supportive and confidential space. It aims to improve personal growth, coping skills, and resilience to life stressors.

  • Specialized support for individuals working to overcome substance use or behavioral addictions. Counseling sessions aim to equip clients with coping strategies, stress management tools, and relapse prevention techniques while building resilience and motivation for long-term recovery.

  • A therapeutic approach that integrates creative expression with psychological support, offering a safe space to express what words cannot. Guided by a trained therapist, it helps individuals process experiences, deepen self-awareness, and promote healing—no artistic skill needed, just an openness to reflect and create.

  • Personalized coaching by a Registered Dietitian to help you assess your nutritional habits, address unhelpful behaviors, and make sustainable dietary changes for improved health. Services include tailored nutrition plans to meet your physical and medical needs, education on supplements and strategies, and support with food logging and fitness adherence.
